Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all students enrolled in programs offered by Gracespot Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms below. This policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
- Tuition Options
Option A — One-Time Payment
- $3,000 USD paid in full prior to program start
Option B — Monthly Payment Plan
- $250 USD per month for 14 months
- Total cost: $3,500 USD
- Monthly plans reflect payment flexibility and are not discounted
- Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
2.1 Cancellation Within the First 14 Days (Full Refund)
If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your official program start date:
- You are eligible for a 100% refund
- This applies to both one-time and monthly payment students
- Access to program materials and systems will be revoked upon cancellation
2.2 Cancellation After 14 Days (Prorated Tuition Model)
After the first 14 days, refunds are calculated based on time enrolled, using a $250/month prorated model.
Monthly Payment Students ($250/month)
- You are charged $250 for each month you were enrolled
- Any unused future months are canceled
- No additional penalties apply
One-Time Payment Students ($3,000 upfront)
- Tuition is recalculated at $250 per month
- You are charged $250 for each month you were enrolled
- The remaining balance is refunded
- Non-Refundable Charges & Limitation
Refunds are not issued for time already elapsed or services already provided. However, students are not charged for unused future months once a valid cancellation request is submitted.
This applies in situations including:
- Failure to attend classes after enrollment
- Lack of participation or engagement
- Voluntary withdrawal from the program
- Inability to meet program time commitments
- Dismissal due to misconduct or policy violations
- Technical issues not caused by Gracespot Academy systems
In all cases:
- Charges apply only to the months enrolled
- Unused future months are refunded or canceled
- No additional penalties are imposed
- Refund Request Process
To request cancellation or a refund:

- Include your full name and enrollment details
- Clearly state your intent to cancel
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Students agree to contact Gracespot Academy before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Administrative review
- Submission of this policy and related records to the payment processor
- Policy Modifications
We may update this policy as required by law or operational needs. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
